WALL TOWNSHIP, N.J. — Six drivers were charged with driving while intoxicated in Wall Township over a seven-day period, as police also made multiple drug-related arrests and took two suspects into custody on outstanding warrants, according to the department’s latest blotter.
The arrests, spanning April 13 through April 19, reflect a mix of impaired driving enforcement and investigations that led to charges ranging from heroin possession to forgery and theft.
DWI arrests span highways and local roads
Wall Township police reported six separate DWI arrests during the week, with stops occurring on major roadways including Interstate 195, State Highway 70, and Routes 33/34.
Those charged include:
- Kristin Kent, 49, of Little Silver (April 13)
- Steven Turchi, 51, of Barnegat (April 14)
- Paige Hickey, 26, of Jackson (April 15)
- Avonte Feimster, 29, of Norfolk, Virginia (April 18)
- Jesus Guaman-Rojas, 43, of Jackson (April 19)
- Craig Grimes, 39, of Neptune (April 19)
Each was processed and released under New Jersey’s John’s Law, which governs DWI procedures.
Drug arrests follow traffic stop
The most significant enforcement action occurred April 17 during a motor vehicle stop on Church Street, where officers arrested three individuals on drug charges.
Diane Barrow, 61, of Neptune, faces charges including possession of heroin, cocaine, and drug paraphernalia. Bratislav Stojkovic, 50, of Howell, was charged with heroin possession and paraphernalia, while Sparkle Wilson, 45, of Neptune, faces multiple charges including possession of methadone without a prescription, heroin, cocaine, and paraphernalia.
Police transported Stojkovic and Wilson to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, while Barrow was released on a summons.

Theft, forgery and warrant arrests reported
Earlier in the week, detectives arrested Christopher Mackenrodt, 33, of Berkley, on warrants from Atlantic County and Elizabeth. He also faces charges including theft by deception, forgery, and uttering a forged document tied to an investigation that began in February.
In another case, Lily Turtur, 30, of Spring Lake Heights, was charged with shoplifting from a ShopRite on State Highway 34.
Police also arrested Paul Heatter, 34, of Brick, on a local traffic warrant following a suspicious vehicle investigation.
Trespassing and underage alcohol case
Two trespassing arrests were made April 18 on Squirrel Road, involving David Bransky, 41, of West Creek, and Moriah Collado, 46, of Wall. Collado also had outstanding warrants and was transported to the county jail.
Separately, officers charged David Chafey, 62, of Wall, with making alcohol available to underage individuals following a noise complaint investigation on Old Mill Road.

The arrests highlight routine patrol and targeted enforcement efforts across Wall Township, particularly along busy roadways where impaired driving remains a focus.
Police emphasized that all charges are accusations, and defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
Case status
All individuals charged during the reporting period have either been released on summonses, held pending court proceedings, or transferred to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, with cases moving through the municipal or county court system.
