CAPITOL HEIGHTS, Md. — The Prince George’s County Police Department has charged a Washington, D.C. man with the murder of his girlfriend following her death from traumatic injuries earlier this summer.

William Snipes, 65, has been charged with first and second-degree murder in connection with the death of 60-year-old Sharon Moore of Capitol Heights. Moore was transported to a hospital with severe injuries on June 29, 2024, and succumbed to her injuries on July 2, 2024.
