Westmoreland County judge sentences man in child pornography case

Export man sentenced to state prison for child pornography and unlawful communication with minors

GREENSBURG, PA — A Westmoreland County man pleaded guilty Monday to multiple child pornography offenses and unlawful communication with minors, leading to a state prison sentence and strict long‑term supervision requirements, according to the district attorney’s office.

Kevin Hullenbaugh, 32, entered the plea before Common Pleas Judge Scott Mears on November 17. Prosecutors said the case began when a relative discovered illicit videos on a minor’s cell phone in July of last year, prompting an investigation by Pennsylvania State Police. The investigation determined that Hullenbaugh had unlawful contact with two minors and sent digital videos through social media.

Hullenbaugh was sentenced to 18 to 48 months in state prison, followed by six years of consecutive probation. As conditions of sentencing, officials said he is barred from contact with minors, prohibited from using the internet, and required to register as a sex offender for 25 years.

The district attorney’s office said Assistant District Attorney Elizabeth Ranger prosecuted the case on behalf of the Commonwealth. The matter is now listed as closed.
