WILKES-BARRE, Pa. — Wilkes-Barre police are asking for the public’s help locating a missing 17-year-old who was last seen in the city’s Miners Mills section.
The Wilkes-Barre City Police Department identified the missing teenager as Connor Kemp. Investigators said Kemp was last seen in the Miners Mills neighborhood, though police have not released details about when he disappeared or what he was wearing at the time.
Detectives are urging anyone with information about Kemp’s whereabouts to contact authorities immediately.

The department said Detective James Conmy is leading the investigation into Kemp’s disappearance.
Anyone with information is asked to call Det. Conmy at 570-208-6775. Police also advised residents to call 911 immediately if they see Kemp.
