Yankees Fan Robbed in Annapolis

Annapolis, MD – A severe strong-armed robbery occurred on June 15, 2024, between 8:30 PM and 9:30 PM in the 1200 block of Ashton Court. The victim, who was violently attacked, suffered multiple strikes to the back and side of his head, believed to be perpetrated by three unidentified suspects.

The victim had earlier purchased a 911-only cellular phone specifically to report this crime, indicating a premeditated concern for safety. According to the victim’s report, the attackers made off with $250 in US currency, an iPhone 14, and a Yankees fitted cap, totaling a loss of approximately $1,090.

The physical injuries sustained by the victim are consistent with the nature of the assault described, as confirmed by subsequent medical evaluation.

The perpetrators of this attack are still at large. Authorities are actively investigating the incident and are seeking any information that may lead to the identification and arrest of the involved suspects.

Local law enforcement urges anyone with information related to this robbery or who may have witnessed suspicious activity in the area during the time of the incident to come forward. Community assistance is crucial in solving this case and preventing future incidents.
