14-year-old girl critically missing in Southeast D.C.

WASHINGTON, D.C. — A search is underway for 14-year-old Honesty Rice, who was last seen on November 1 at 8:30 pm on the 300 block of Royal Street, Southeast. Authorities are asking for the community’s help in locating her.

Honesty is described by police as a Black female with a medium brown complexion, standing between 5’4” and 5’5” tall, and weighing approximately 105 pounds. She has brown eyes and dark brown hair styled in full locks. She was last seen wearing a black and pink hooded sweatshirt, black pants, and black and white sneakers.
