26-Year-Old Shot and Killed on Market Street Monday Afternoon in Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA, PA – In the 18th District at 5600 Market Street, a 26-year-old male was shot once in the right leg at 12:00 PM. Police transported the victim to Penn-Presbyterian Medical Center, where he is in stable condition.

The scene is currently being held by authorities. No weapons have been recovered. One male suspect has been taken into custody for further investigation. The Special Investigation Group (SIG) is leading the investigation.
