To his astonishment, the scanner confirmed his win. “I scanned it and it said that I won. I had to scan it again. I couldn’t believe it,” he explained, having missed the crucial “WINALL” moneybag symbol which signifies a win of all displayed prizes.

The windfall comes at a pivotal time for the winner, who is a father of two college students.
