STAFFORD, Va. — An intoxicated woman was arrested on Friday afternoon after allegedly assaulting a juvenile at a McDonald’s on Garrisonville Road, according to the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputy T.S. Myree responded to the incident at the fast-food restaurant located at 893 Garrisonville Road at approximately 2:30 p.m.

The juvenile victim reported that he was eating his meal when an unknown woman demanded that he “get up and move.” The victim refused, citing the absence of assigned seating, at which point the suspect reportedly assaulted him.
