*PITTSBURGH, PA — Allegheny County Police detectives have identified the driver involved in a recent fatal accident as 25-year-old Saul Rivera-Ramirez.
Rivera-Ramirez was taken into custody Wednesday and charged with multiple offenses, including homicide by vehicle, accidents involving death or personal injury while not properly licensed, and operating a vehicle without a license.
He was subsequently transported to the Allegheny County Jail, where he awaits his preliminary arraignment.
