TRENTON, N.J. – Last week saw a significant financial boost for 26 New Jersey Lottery players, with winners collectively taking home over $3 million in prizes.

Monday marked a standout moment, with nine winners claiming nearly $800,000 in combined prizes. A Jersey Cash 5 jackpot of $413,896 was won at J&M Grocery in Newark, while John’s Liquors & Deli in Kearny sold a $200,000 winning Triple Golden Cherries Scratch-Off ticket.

The winning streak continued throughout the week. On Wednesday, a $400,000 Crossword Bonanza Scratch-Off ticket was sold at Robbinsville Quick Check, followed by a $284,169 Jersey Cash 5 jackpot winner on Thursday at Sayreville Exxon. The week closed with a $1 million top prize in the $1,000,000 Spectacular Scratch-Off game, sold at an Exxon in Fort Lee on Sunday.

Under New Jersey law, lottery winners can remain anonymous, and the identities of the winners are protected from public disclosure. Players must provide identification to claim prizes exceeding $600, and taxes are withheld on certain prizes.
