Early-morning shooting in Baltimore leaves 20-year-old injured

BALTIMORE, MD — A 20-year-old man is recovering from gunshot wounds after being shot early Monday morning in Western Baltimore, authorities said.

At approximately 2:15 a.m., Western District patrol officers were called to an area hospital for a report of a walk-in shooting victim. Upon arrival, officers found the man suffering from apparent gunshot wounds, which are believed to be non-life threatening.

Detectives determined the shooting occurred in the 2300 block of West North Avenue, where they located the crime scene.
