NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ — Two men have been arrested and charged with murder in connection with the fatal stabbing of a 23-year-old man on Seaman Street earlier this month, authorities announced.
Gonzalo Napoleon Quispez-Parades, a New Brunswick resident, was found unconscious on the sidewalk with a large abdominal wound after police responded to a 911 call at approximately 10:55 p.m. on November 6. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
An investigation conducted by the New Brunswick Police Department and Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office determined that Quispez-Parades was injured during an altercation with Lorenzo Roman-Tecu, 33, and Eustaquio Garcia Cuxum, 19, both of New Brunswick.
Roman-Tecu was arrested without incident on November 7, while Garcia Cuxum was taken into custody the following day. Both men have been charged with first-degree murder and are being held at the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center pending pretrial detention hearings.
