Wall Township police make multiple weekend arrests, including drug charges and DWIs

WALL TOWNSHIP, N.J. – Wall Township police arrested multiple individuals over the weekend on charges ranging from drug possession and outstanding warrants to driving while intoxicated.

On Friday, Patrolman Trent Powers arrested Giovanna Morrison, 44, of Howell, for possession of crack cocaine, drug paraphernalia, and failure to turn over controlled dangerous substances following a motor vehicle stop on State Highway 195. She was processed and released on a summons. Patrolman James Yannazzone arrested Ruben Morochochabla, 34, of Elmhurst, N.Y., for driving while intoxicated during a separate traffic stop on the same highway. He was processed and released under John’s Law.

Additional arrests on Friday included Bobby Ortega, 40, of Ocean, who was taken into custody by Patrolman Hunter Manning on a Monmouth County warrant during a motor vehicle stop on State Highway 34. Ortega was turned over to the Monmouth County Sheriff’s Department. Patrolman Kyle Pelech also arrested Kyle Costello, 39, of Freehold, at the Wall Township Police Department on a township warrant. Costello was released after posting bail.

On Saturday, Patrolman Trent Powers arrested Adeeb Salih, 33, of Iselin, on multiple warrants from Boonton, South Orange, East Orange, and Cranford. Authorities released him on his own recognizance. Patrolman Johan Moreno arrested Fabian Almanzagonzalez, 41, of Toms River, for driving while intoxicated on State Highway 35. He was processed and released under John’s Law.

Patrolman Jared Conte arrested Vincent Riccio, 51, of Iselin, for driving while intoxicated on State Highway 34. Riccio also had warrants from Lacey, Toms River, Barnegat, and Seaside Heights. He was turned over to the Lacey Township Police. Additionally, Patrolman Joseph Phillips arrested Pedro Perezramirez, 19, of Belmar, for driving while intoxicated on Adrienne Road. He was processed and released under John’s Law.

On Sunday, Patrolman Vincent Colucci arrested Jennifer Cirz, 52, of Beachwood, for driving while intoxicated on State Highway 71. She was processed and released under John’s Law. Patrolman Johan Moreno arrested Monic Santos, 30, of Jackson, on a Freehold Township warrant. She was released on her own recognizance.

Other Sunday arrests included Phillip Singleton, 43, of Neptune, who was taken into custody by Patrolman Trent Powers on a Jackson Township warrant. Singleton was released after posting bail. Sergeant Shane Roland arrested Fahd Nasser, 25, of Trenton, for distribution of marijuana, a Schedule I controlled dangerous substance, and hashish. Nasser was processed and released on a summons.

Lieutenant Miles Shanklin arrested Ciara Woodrow, 22, of Belmar, for driving while intoxicated on 16th Avenue. Sergeant Christopher Mason arrested Aliz Ruggiero, 31, of Jersey City, for driving while intoxicated on State Highway 138. Patrolman Kyle Pelech also arrested Nancy Rebak, 64, of Toms River, for driving while intoxicated after an accident in Belmar, with a subsequent motor vehicle stop on State Highway 35. All were processed and released under John’s Law.

Wall Township police continue to enforce laws related to drug offenses, outstanding warrants, and impaired driving.
