Man shot on Market Street in Harrisburg, investigation ongoing

HARRISBURG, Pa. — A man was found shot Tuesday night in the 2200 block of Market Street following reports of gunfire, according to the Harrisburg Police Department.

Officers responded around 10:00 p.m. and located an adult male who had been struck by gunfire. His current condition has not been released, and no details regarding a suspect or motive have been provided at this time.

The area was secured while officers began their investigation. The circumstances surrounding the shooting remain under review as detectives work to gather evidence and identify those involved.
