TOMS RIVER, NJ — A two-month investigation by Ocean County law enforcement has exposed an organized drug operation allegedly run under the name “The Green Bean,” with multiple suspects arrested and over 25 pounds of marijuana, methamphetamine, psilocybin, and a loaded firearm seized during coordinated raids across Toms River, Jackson, and Waretown.
Detectives took six people into custody on July 25 after surveillance was conducted on a commercial property along Route 9 in Toms River. Investigators say the location, along with three separate residences, was being used to facilitate marijuana deliveries throughout the county. Authorities identified the suspects as Glenn Jazikoff, 41, and Jennifer Jazikoff, 38, both of Jackson; Debra Lomonico, 60, and Kristie Lomonico, 37, both of Toms River and Waretown; Jessica Rein, 37, and Michael Fidali, 38, both of Waretown.
Following the suspects’ arrests, detectives executed multiple court-authorized search warrants. In total, law enforcement recovered more than 25 pounds of marijuana and THC products, approximately nine ounces of meth, an ounce of psilocybin mushrooms, and over $2,000 in cash.
At a residence in Jackson, they found an unsecured, loaded .45 caliber handgun and narcotics — while two minors were present inside the home.
Glenn and Jennifer Jazikoff face identical charges, including firearm possession during a drug offense, multiple narcotics distribution charges, child endangerment, and money laundering. Both were booked into Ocean County Jail but released shortly after due to New Jersey bail reform guidelines.
Debra and Kristie Lomonico were each charged with marijuana distribution and conspiracy-related offenses. Jessica Rein and Michael Fidali also face charges tied to large-scale marijuana possession and conspiracy. All four were charged via summons and are awaiting court appearances in Ocean County Superior Court.
Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer confirmed the operation was a joint effort involving multiple agencies across the county, including police departments from Jackson, Manchester, Ocean Township (Waretown), Ocean Gate, and Toms River.
The case remains active, and further proceedings are expected in the coming weeks.
