Toms River, NJ – A 42-year-old Ocean County man is being held without bail after his arrest on assault charges, according to jail records.

Alejandro Osario Pabon was booked into the Ocean County Jail on Sept. 2 and charged under state statute 2C:12-1A(1), which covers attempts to cause or knowingly causing bodily injury to another person.

A detainer was also issued in connection with the case by Neptune Municipal Court.

The Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office has not released additional details about the alleged incident, including where or when it occurred.
