Toms River, NJ – A 27-year-old Ocean County man is being held without bail after his arrest on shoplifting charges, according to newly released jail records.

Elijah Ibrahim Mayweather was booked into the Ocean County Jail on Sept. 1 following his arrest in connection with a case listed under code 2C:20-11B(1), which covers taking or carrying away merchandise without paying.

The Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office has not disclosed the location of the alleged shoplifting incident or the value of merchandise involved.
