Philadelphia, PA – A man was shot Sunday evening on the unit block of North Frazier Street, prompting a swift police response and an ongoing investigation.

The gunfire erupted around 6:17 p.m., drawing officers from the 19th District to the scene. An adult male victim, identified as John Doe, was transported by police to Penn-Presbyterian Medical Center for treatment, authorities said. His condition has not yet been disclosed.
