Moon Township, PA – Michael Baker-Stanley JV has been awarded a $99 million contract to provide engineering and architectural design services for Navy projects across the southeastern United States, defense officials announced.
Broad scope of engineering work
The firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity agreement covers architect-engineer design and related services for Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Southeast. Work will include architectural programming, geotechnical investigations, and preparation of preliminary project documentation.
Assignments will take place at multiple locations within the NAVFAC Southeast area of operations, with the contract running through September 2030.
Competitive bidding and funding
The contract was competitively procured through Sam.gov, drawing 16 offers before the Pennsylvania-based joint venture was selected. An initial $1,000 from fiscal 2025 Navy operations and maintenance funds was obligated at the time of award to meet the minimum guarantee. Future task orders will be funded individually as they are issued.
The contracting activity is managed by NAVFAC Southeast in Jacksonville, Florida.
