SILVER SPRING, MD – Montgomery County police are asking for the public’s help in locating 15-year-old Chelsea Cubias Garcia, who was reported missing after she was last seen on the morning of Friday, October 31 at approximately 6:40 a.m. in the 400 block of Southampton Drive in Silver Spring.

Chelsea is described as 5 feet 1 inch tall, weighing 120 pounds, with shoulder-length black hair and brown eyes. At the time of her disappearance, she was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black leggings, and gray sneakers. She was also carrying a black purse.
