Bensalem, PA – A 44-year-old man was arrested on charges related to attempting to engage in sexual acts with a minor. Pawel Sudol began a conversation on a social media app believing he was communicating with a 13-year-old girl.

Sudol expressed sexual interest despite knowing her age and detailed explicit desires over several weeks. He planned to meet her on October 7 after finishing work and bought flowers before arriving at her home.

He drove away prior to their meeting and later showed up unannounced on November 2 but found the girl not at home. Bensalem Police obtained an arrest warrant for Sudol, charging him with attempted involuntary deviant sexual intercourse, attempted statutory sexual assault, and other related offenses.

On Monday, police, with assistance from New Britain Township Police, arrested Sudol at his workplace. He was arraigned by District Justice Joseph Falcone and remanded to Bucks County Correctional Facility on 10% of $2,000,000 bail.

The Bensalem Township Police Department remains committed to protecting children from online predators.
