Reckless driver clocked at 92mph on I-95 arrested for DUI
STAFFORD, VA – A Dumfries man was arrested early Friday after being stopped at 92mph on I-95 and refusing to take a breath test following signs of intoxication.
First Sergeant M. L. Jacobeen stopped the vehicle near mile marker 148. Deputy S. Waheed assisted, noting slurred speech, bloodshot eyes, and alcohol odor from the driver, Jose Hernandez Garcia, 47. He was charged with DUI, refusal, and reckless driving.
Garcia was held without bond.
