Baltimore police search for missing man last seen in East 25th Street area

Baltimore, MD – Detectives are asking for the public’s help as the search continues for a 54-year-old man who has not been seen for weeks, leaving family and investigators looking for answers.

Baltimore Police said Charles Distance was last seen on December 8 in the 400 block of East 25th Street. His whereabouts have been unknown since that time.

Police described Distance as last wearing a black and purple Baltimore Ravens knit hat, a black jacket, black pants, and red and white sneakers. Detectives said efforts to locate him have so far been unsuccessful.

The case is being handled by Eastern District detectives, who are urging anyone with information to come forward. Authorities said even small details could help determine what happened or where Distance may have gone.

Anyone who knows the whereabouts of Charles Distance is asked to contact Eastern District detectives or call 911.
