The Stafford County Sheriff’s Office announced Wednesday that detectives located the infant’s mother following an around-the-clock investigation that drew widespread attention across the community.
Officials said investigators worked closely with the Office of the Commonwealth Attorney before determining no charges would be filed in connection with the incident.
