GLASSPORT, PA – A hidden-camera discovery inside a residential bathroom has led to criminal charges against a 54-year-old man after investigators searched the Glassport home and seized several small wireless cameras and other electronic devices, according to Allegheny County Police.
The investigation began Friday, Aug. 14, at about 4:30 p.m., when Glassport Police requested assistance from the Allegheny County Police General Investigations Unit.
Small wireless cameras seized
County detectives responded to the residence after receiving information about a hidden camera in a bathroom.
During the investigation, detectives seized several electronic devices, including multiple small wireless cameras, according to county police.
Police did not disclose where each device was allegedly located or provide details about what investigators believe may have been recorded.
Information about how the initial camera was discovered was also not released.
54-year-old turns himself in
Investigators obtained an arrest warrant for Keith DiMarco, 54, on two counts of violation of privacy.
County police said DiMarco subsequently turned himself in.
