Fallston and Manchester tickets headline 30 prizes worth at least $10,000

BALTIMORE, MD – Two $1 million lottery tickets sold in Fallston and Manchester towered over a winning week across Maryland, where players collected more than $30.4 million in prizes and 30 tickets delivered payouts of at least $10,000.

The Maryland Lottery reported the results for Aug. 10 through Aug. 16, with the week’s biggest prizes coming from two different games.

A Powerball ticket sold in Fallston was worth $1 million, while a 100X The Cash scratch-off purchased in Manchester also delivered a $1 million prize.

Two tickets deliver $1M apiece

The Manchester prize came from a 100X The Cash scratch-off.

The Fallston ticket scored its $1 million prize playing Powerball.

Together, the two tickets accounted for $2 million of the more than $30.4 million won across all Maryland Lottery games during the seven-day period.

$200K prizes land in Annapolis and Salisbury

The million-dollar tickets were not the only major wins.

Two scratch-offs delivered $200,000 prizes, with one sold in Annapolis and another in Salisbury.

Three additional tickets reached six figures.

Baltimore accounted for two $100,000 prizes, while another $100,000 winning ticket was sold in Salisbury.

Across Maryland, 30 tickets won prizes of $10,000 or more during the week.

More than $30.4M paid statewide

The $30.4 million total includes prizes of all sizes won statewide between Aug. 10 and Aug. 16, not only the 30 tickets worth at least $10,000.

Maryland Lottery draw-game tickets expire 182 days after their respective drawings, while FAST PLAY tickets expire 182 days after purchase. Scratch-off claim deadlines vary by game.

Prizes exceeding $25,000 must be claimed at the Maryland Lottery Customer Resource Center in Baltimore, which operates by appointment.
