PHILADELPHIA, PA – A looter in Philadelphia was caught on video being attacked by men who stole his stolen belongings. A man carrying looted goods was beaten in an alley and robbed of his stolen possessions. The thugs were up in this man’s grill, then they beat him and stole his grill.
