Business Brief: Taking the Gym Outdoors in Toms River, Surviving COVID-19

TOMS RIVER, NJ – With gyms still on lockdown gym owners across the state are taking their workouts outside.  One Toms River gym, Extraordinary Fitness has taken outdoor workouts to the next level and hosting cycling classes, boot camps and weight training and it’s all being done in strict compliance with Governor Phil Murphy’s executive orders.

All members are six feet apart and equipment is cleaned after each person uses it.  What a great example of American ingenuity and survival instinct, even when the odds are stacked so heavily against you.

You can learn more about Extraordinary Fitness and see more great videos of how the business is improvising, overcoming and adapting to the executive orders that have already closed many gyms across the state by visiting their Facebook page.
