ATLANTIC CITY, NJ – During the spring and summer, New Jersey State Police Superintendent Patrick Callahan and New Jersey Attorney General Gurbir Grewal provided daily reports of Murphy’s Law violations against businesses. It’s happening again.

For the second meeting in a row, Callahan has begun reporting executive order violations against businesses violating social distancing rules, not enforcing mask laws, and exceeding capacity limits.

“A few Executive Order compliance issues to report. In Atlantic City, El Charro Restaurant and Bar was cited, as was B&B Saloon, as well as a party promoter,” Callahan said. “Those violations revolved around exceeding indoor capacity, as well as no facial coverings being worn or no social distancing in those establishments.”

Callahan said a Little Falls restaurant was also targeted by enforcement.

“In Little Falls, I had reported Monday that Chelas had been cited. After a further deeper dive investigation, that owner was cited with two additional violations based upon previous dates, dating back a week or two,” he added.
