CHARLESTON, SC – Deputies, with assistance from the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force, yesterday arrested Eduardo Munoz-Guzman, 20, in a 2019 homicide on Kimbell Road in the North Charleston area. Munoz-Guzman is charged with murder and possession of a weapon in a violent crime. Deputies responded Nov. 18, 2019, to an area near 2296 Kimbell Road and found the victim’s body lying in a field. The victim, who had died of a gunshot wound to the chest, was later identified as 46-year-old Jerome Chisolm.
