SOUTH CONGAREE, SC – Police in South Congaree caught two individuals with drugs and paraphernalia at a traffic stop this week. South Congaree officers arrested Elizabeth Waddell of Lexington and Truequn Tolen of Pelion. These arrests were made after a traffic stop that revealed a large quantity of meth and drug paraphernalia in the defendants’ vehicle. Elizabeth Waddell was charged with Trafficking of Meth, and Truequn Tolen was charged with possession with intent to distribute meth, operating uninsured, expired tags, and having an open container.
