LAKE ELSINORE, CA – On 01/20/2021 at 0130 hours, Deputy Stacey observed a vehicle with illegal modifications. A vehicle stop was conducted on Main St. X Flint St. During the investigation, the driver (Emanuel Vasquez) had five outstanding misdemeanor warrants and the passenger (Steven Lucero) was on parole. Deputy Stacey located 20.5grams of methamphetamine and two guns in the vehicle. Vasquez was arrested for his warrants and Lucero was arrested for drug sales and transportation of methamphetamine. Both were booked into the Cois Byrd Detention Center.
