15-year-old shot in bb-gun drive-by shooting, two teens facing felony charges

WALTON COUNTY, FL – Two juveniles are now facing felony charges following an incident involving a BB gun shot from a moving vehicle. In one instance, a 15-year-old victim suffered an injury to the eye which required immediate surgery.

The two suspects who are facing criminal charges are juveniles. HOWEVER, they now face felony charges making their names and mugshots public record. The Sheriff’s Office is publishing their names as a part of this release. However, we are opting not to publish the mug shots on our social media platforms based on the lack of criminal history.
