Edna is a beautiful Pointer Mix. She was dumped by a gated community. A rescue was contacted, as animal control was unable to capture her.
As they approached, Edna was a bit nervous but was so hungry that she stayed to eat the cheeseburger they brought for her. They were eventually able to get a collar on her and get her rescued.
When they arrived at the Animal Hospital they were surprised to find out that Edna had a microchip. Her owners were contacted. They had given Edna to someone who told them that Edna had eventually died. The owners didn’t want Edna. They asked that the Rescue find a good home for her.
Edna was adopted out to a wonderful family, where she goes on runs and plays with her human siblings.
