PATERSON, NJ – For the Paterson Police street crime ceasefire unit, it’s another day, another shooting. On Monday, at around 6:15 pm, the Paterson Police Ceasefire unit was at it again, investigating a shooting that took place place in the area of 495 East 19th Street. Police advised residents to please avoid this area while the investigation takes place. The department did not release any further details of the shooting incident.
