BRICK TOWNSHIP, NJ – When you think of the Jersey Shore, the last thing you think about is how it needs more pizzerias, but this summer, a new pizza brand coming to Brick. Round Pie Pizza Company operates successful restaurants in Matawan, Old Bridge, and Staten Island.
Now, the family that brought North Jersey Pronto Pizza is bringing the Round Pie Pizza Company to the Jersey Shore. Owned by Kash And Bek Miftari, sons of the owners of Pronto Pizza is expected to open this summer in the Brick Commons Shopping Center where PJ Lee’s Mongolian BBQ used to be.
According to the last estimate, the restaurant should open right around the start of summer in June.
