STATEN ISLAND, NY – On Monday, July 24, police responded to a 911 call reporting an assault at 11 Port Richmond Avenue.

Garrett allegedly punched Cappelli, causing him to fall and hit his head on the ground.

Garrett was arrested shortly after at the scene.
