CHARLOTTE, NC – Early on Friday morning, around 6 a.m., officers from the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department responded to a call at 932 N Wendover, located within the Hampton Crest Condominiums.
Upon the arrival of Channel 9’s photographer, officers relayed that the situation was still evolving and not secure.
Shortly after, the photographer observed four individuals being taken into police custody.
A gunshot victim was subsequently transported to Atrium CMC for medical care. MEDIC has confirmed the injury, but the current condition of the victim remains undisclosed.
