BRICK, NJ – Mayor Lisa Crate officially inaugurated the revamped bike and scooter park at the Drum Point Sports Complex earlier this week. Joined by Council President Heather deJong, Councilman Vince Minichino, and other township officials, the ceremony also witnessed the eager presence of young bike and scooter aficionados.
The renovation project was financially backed by a $50,000 grant sourced from the NJDCA Local Recreation Improvement Grant program. The park’s construction was undertaken by American Ramp, with the project’s management and oversight entrusted to the township’s Parks Department.
