ARNOLD, MARYLAND — Tragedy struck late last night when Anne Arundel County Police discovered Forrest Allen Ryan, a 38-year-old man from Chester, Maryland, fatally shot in a vehicle accident. Responding to a collision report at the intersection of Kimwood Road and Driftwood Court, officers found Ryan in the driver’s seat of a Porsche that had collided with a tree.
The initial crash investigation revealed that before hitting the tree, the Porsche had also made contact with an unoccupied SUV parked on the roadway.
The authorities are treating Ryan’s death as a targeted attack rather than a random shooting and are actively seeking information from the public.
