CALVERT COUNTY, MD – Brandon Ross Holbrook, 48, from Reedsville, PA, has been formally charged with the murder of Joseph Shymanski of Huntingtown.
The Calvert County Grand Jury indicted Holbrook on Monday.
The grand jury presented a total of five charges, including common law murder and first and second-degree assault.
An initial appearance/arraignment in Calvert County Circuit Court is scheduled on December 4
He is currently held at the Calvert County Detention Center.
