New Jersey’s Cake Boss Brings Signature Cakes Nationwide Through Walmart Ahead of Holidays

November 23, 2023

Buddy Valastro, renowned as the “Cake Boss,” has expanded his culinary reach by launching a new line of specialty cakes at over 3,000 Walmart stores across the United States. This nationwide rollout offers a variety of cakes from New Jersey to California, making Valastro’s famous confections more accessible than ever.

Valastro’s collaboration with Walmart introduces three new specialty cakes and cake slices, including Every Buddy’s Birthday Cake, Every Buddy’s Chocolate Cake, and Every Buddy’s Fall Cake, along with classic slices like Vanilla Rainbow, Chocolate Fudge, Red Velvet, and Carrot Cake.

“I’m thrilled to bring my signature cakes to fans across the country,” said Valastro. He noted that these cakes cater to those who crave a slice of his renowned desserts or need a cake for a special occasion. With Walmart’s extensive network, Carlo’s Bake Shop cakes are now easily available for every celebration.

The Every Buddy’s Cakes line, developed over the past year, features innovative combinations. Every Buddy’s Birthday Cake layers buttercream, New York-style cheesecake, vanilla confetti cake, and a blondie with toffee filling. Chocolate enthusiasts will revel in Every Buddy’s Chocolate Cake, combining chocolate pecan pie, chocolate sponge cake, cheesecake, and salted caramel buttercream frosting.

Valastro and Walmart also plan to introduce seasonal offerings. The first, Every Buddy’s Fall Cake, blends fall flavors with layers of spiced maple buttercream, pumpkin cheesecake, apple crumb pie, and pecan pie. Following this, Every Buddy’s Winter Cake, debuting on November 24, offers a holiday-themed treat with a hot cocoa pie base, New York cheesecake, blue velvet sponge cake, and vanilla buttercream.
