No Injuries Reported in Christmas Eve fire in South Jersey

GALLOWAY TOWNSHIP, NJ – A significant structure fire was reported at 408 Great Creek Road, Galloway Township, in the early hours of Sunday, December 24. The Galloway Township Police Department, responding to the emergency at approximately 12:01 AM, found the residence fully engulfed in flames.

All residents and pets were safely evacuated from the premises without any reported injuries. The fire, which necessitated the closure of Great Creek Road between Sylvan Ave and Pitney Road for about three hours, drew a swift response from multiple fire departments. These units worked collaboratively to extinguish the blaze.

Detective Fenil Gandhi is leading the investigation to determine the cause of the fire. The incident remains under active investigation, with updates expected as more information becomes available.
