65-Year-Old Jewelry Store Worker Robbed in Queens

QUEENS, NY – A 65-year-old female employee was the victim of a jewelry theft on Tuesday, December 26, at a commercial establishment on 154 Street in Queens. Police reported that at 10:15 a.m., an unidentified male entered the store, assaulted the employee, and snatched her necklace. A second male assisted in the escape, and both were seen fleeing eastbound on 12 Avenue on a blue scooter.

The first suspect is a male, about 5’10” tall with a light complexion and slim build, last seen in a white coat and white fleece winter hat. The second suspect is about 5’9″ tall with a medium complexion and build, wearing a black long coat, blue jeans, and white sneakers. The incident did not result in any injuries. Authorities are seeking information on the suspects’ whereabouts.
