“Tigana” recounted his victorious experience with visible joy. The win occurred on Dec. 30, after stopping at Royal Farms #159 in Baltimore on his way home from work. He placed a $1 Superfecta bet for 20 races on horses numbered 1, 10, 11, and 12.

The discovery of his win the next morning through the Lottery mobile app left him in disbelief. “I couldn’t believe it, I really could use the money right now,” he expressed. After verifying the $63,381 prize on the Lottery’s website, he promptly scheduled an appointment at the Lottery headquarters to claim his winnings.
