Interstate Investigation Leads to Arrest of Gang-Connected Couple

CAMP HILL, PA – A collaborative investigation involving multiple law enforcement agencies, including the Camp Hill Police Department, New York State Police, FBI, and others, has resulted in the arrests of four individuals linked to the Felony Lane Gang.

This group, originating from the southern United States, has been involved in vehicle break-ins, bank document theft, and identity fraud since April 2022.

The investigation focused on incidents starting from April 6, 2022, at Mid Penn Bank in Camp Hill. The suspects, Raynard Lamar Spence and Ronisha Shantavia Gable from Hallandale Beach, Florida, along with two others, were charged with numerous fraud-related crimes, including Involuntary Servitude and Human Trafficking.

Spence is currently held on $1,000,000 bail, while Gable has been released on bail.

The investigation remains active, with ongoing efforts to extradite two additional suspects.
