Cumberland, MD – The Cumberland Police Department is reaching out to the public for help in locating a missing juvenile, Jose Michael Lee Logsdon. The 13-year-old white male, standing approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing about 155 pounds, was last seen on St. Mary’s Avenue in Cumberland on February 7, 2023, at around 7:30 a.m.
Logsdon was wearing a white hooded sweatshirt, dark sweatpants, and black Crocs at the time of his disappearance.
