Newburgh Store Sells $50,000 Powerball Ticket

NEWBURGH, NY — The New York Lottery has confirmed the sale of a third-prize-winning Powerball ticket in Newburgh for the March 6 drawing. The ticket, worth $50,000, was purchased at SMOKES 4 LESS, located at 59 North Plank Rd.

Powerball draws numbers from a pool of 1 to 69, with the red Power Ball selected from a separate set of 1 to 26. These drawings take place thrice weekly, each Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday, at 10:59 p.m.
