After her cruise last year, the winner began playing the number 72799, spotted on her cruise paperwork, as a Pick 5 $1 straight bet. She doubled her chances by purchasing two tickets for each of the four drawings on March 30 and 31. Her persistence paid off on the evening of March 31 when her chosen combination won.
